Fred Chance and Carlos Ordonez talked about showing a range of high quality, exciting and interesting photographs in their home town of Stroud in Gloucestershire. They were lucky in meeting Paul Caffell who ran 31 Studio which made Platinum Prints for some of the best photographers in the world, and Martin Parr who was encouraging and lent his support when the idea developed into the PhotoStroud Festival in 2007.

Since then Fred has been involved as curator, alone or with others, of a range of exhibitions and has shown his own work from time to time.
